With over 23 years of experience, Mr. Harmon is responsible for direct oversight of geotechnical, environmental, and geology projects. Mr. Harmon has extensive multi-disciplinary experience in all phases of geotechnical engineering, environmental site assessments, and engineering geology ranging from initial site investigation to inspection and testing of soils and materials during construction. Mr. Harmon has experience investigating and analyzing a variety of geologic hazards, including slope stability, rock falls, liquefaction evaluation, fault rupture, hydro consolidation and expansive soils. His project experience includes work on industrial, commercial and residential developments as well as public works, hospital, and school projects.

As a Testing Program Manager with more than 26 years of experience in performing building inspections and materials testing, Mr. Vincent oversees quality control program, organizational, scheduling and marketing aspects of materials testing projects. Mr. Vincent is highly skilled in review of architectural and structural plans and specifications, with a thorough understanding of the building codes and testing standards and has worked with various municipal, governmental, and private sector entities.
